BUT then I switched battings and I DID need to adjust it slightly. Believe me, it was always the last thing I though of doing when I was having issues quilting. I think a lot of quilters forget about that pressure setting. So, yes, if you switch between a low loft batting and a really high one, you should probably lighten up the pressure for easier quilting. My question to you is- If you are meandering, do you still need to adjust the pressure, or is dropping the feed dogs enough? Would this be dependent on the type of batting also? Love this!
